Our Process
We approach our work from a team perspective. Each office, each person fulfills a specific role in the process, therefore no one can be weak or inattentive to the seriousness of the needs of the project and our clients objectives. Our selection of team members is a process to choose the correct skill for the correct role matching the needs of the individual project, with those capable to exceed project needs. This allows not just quality completion, but innovation to spread across the project as it proceeds.
A typical process, may flow as follows,
- Feasibility study
- Creation of a detailed project program brief with initial project range of estimate
- Team creates an initial project concept planning and architectural design, updates estimates
- Further detail design and technical resolution of the inttial design concept
- Construction documents completion, project estimates confirmed
- Contract documentation and execution
- Site construction, planning and mobilization
- Site supervision through site team meetings and RFI reviews and general observation
- Construction initial completion, commissioning
- Punch list completion, client orientation and possession of project
- Post session reviews for defects and review through the warranty period
